SARATOGA SPRINGS — A new 10K has been added to SPAC’s popular "Rock & Run" 5K fundraiser scheduled for Sunday, May 19 at SPAC. The event kicks off at 9 a.m. with a 1K Kids’ Run, followed by the 5K at 9:30 a.m. and the 10K at 10:30 a.m. Over 20 top Capital Region bands will perform along certified running routes and at the free, post-race party on SPAC’s lawn.
